Source the Moment
Items are obtained through signing opportunities, trusted memorabilia channels, private collection opportunities, and event-driven access where the item, signer, and context can be documented.
Authentication Process
Autographed memorabilia should carry more than a signature. It should carry a story, a paper trail, and visible proof that gives collectors confidence long after the item enters their display case.
Every collectible includes a Coast to Coast Collectibles COA backed by our proof photos. Select products also include third-party authentication alongside ours when listed.
How We Build Trust
Our process is designed to protect the value of the autograph, the story of the signing, and the confidence of the buyer. We keep authentication, proof, and item details connected from the moment a piece enters our vault.
Items are obtained through signing opportunities, trusted memorabilia channels, private collection opportunities, and event-driven access where the item, signer, and context can be documented.
Proof photos help connect the collectible to the signing story. They give collectors visual context beyond the autograph itself and support the Coast to Coast Collectibles COA.
Every collectible receives a Coast to Coast Collectibles Certificate of Authenticity. The COA should stay with the item, proof photos, and any included third-party materials.
Before sale, we present the item with its title, photos, description, authentication details, and proof-photo context so collectors can review the full picture before buying.
What Your Item Includes
Each collectible is prepared so the signature and its supporting materials stay together as part of the item's long-term story.
Why It Matters
A signed collectible is strongest when the proof trail is clear. The COA identifies our authenticity standard, proof photos support the signing story, and the product listing gives collectors the details needed to make a confident decision.
Some pieces may also include Beckett, JSA, PSA/DNA, or another named authentication service alongside ours. We do not assume third-party authentication unless that specific product listing says so.
From Our Vault to Yours
Most pieces in the vault are single-quantity items. Once sold, they may not return. That is why we keep item details, proof materials, and packing standards central to the buyer experience.
Collectors should review the title, photos, condition notes, description, COA language, proof-photo context, and any third-party authentication shown.
After purchase, keep the COA, proof photos, third-party materials if included, and packaging information together with the collectible.
Memorabilia is packed with the signature, item surface, display value, and authentication materials in mind before shipment.
The goal is simple: when the piece reaches your collection, the autograph should feel supported by proof, presentation, and provenance.
