Frequently Asked Questions

Collector questions

Answers before you add a piece to the shelf.

Is the item in the photos the exact item I receive?

For most single-quantity memorabilia listings, the photos show the actual piece being sold. Always review the product page carefully, especially for signature placement, condition, COA, proof photos, and included documentation.

Does every item include a COA?

Not every item is authenticated the same way. Many items include a COA, third-party authentication, exact proof photos, or signing documentation, but the included proof depends on the specific listing.

What does exact proof mean?

Exact proof generally means photo documentation tied directly to the signing or to the item being signed. If a listing says exact proof is included, keep that proof with the collectible.

Can I ask for more photos or clarification?

Yes. Use the contact page and include the product title, SKU, or link. If we can confirm a cert, proof photo, condition note, or signature detail, we will help before you buy.

Why do so many items say one available?

Autographed memorabilia is often unique by nature. Signature placement, condition, proof material, and item type can make two similar pieces very different to collectors.

Do you buy or consign memorabilia?

If you have a collection or item you want reviewed, contact us with photos, signer details, authentication, proof history, condition, and what you know about how it was obtained.
